Arabella Rauch alias Josin hat mächtig Eindruck hinterlassen. „Manchmal gibt es Musik, die man während eines Gesprächs hört, und dann augenblicklich verstummt, weil sie so hinreißend ist“, schwärmte der „Spiegel“ beispielsweise, als die Wahl-Hamburgerin im Januar ihr Debüt-Album „In The Blank Space“ vorlegte. Musik, das ist für Josin eine Herzenssache. Dabei hatte die in Köln geborene Tochter zweier Opernsänger eigentlich erst Medizin studiert und fast eine ganz andere Karriere eingeschlagen. Gut, dass sie der Musik aber treu geblieben ist – und uns im Geiste mit nach Texas genommen hat, wo sie gerade beimSXSW Festival aufgetreten ist.
