Läuft bei Isaac Roux: Nachdem der belgische Indie-Folk-Musiker vor zwei Jahren mit seiner erfolgreichen Debütsingle „White Rose“ von sich hören machte und sich Ende 2023 mit der tiefsinnig-herbstlichen Single „Autumn Love“ zurückmeldete, hat er nun mit der Uptempo-Single „The Right Place“ nachgelegt. Für den jungen Mann markiert der Song den Abschied von seinen Teenager-Jahren, gleichzeitig kommt er mit einer positiven Botschaft daher: Alles wird gut. Louis De Roo, der am renommierten Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts studiert hat, das von Sir Paul McCartney mitgegründet wurde, will noch in diesem Jahr sein Debütalbum veröffentlichen. Die Zeit verkürzen wir uns mit dieser 24-Stunden-Episode.

Family
When I arrive, I’m meeting my Isaac Roux family. We have four amazing musicians on stage, a great sound engineering team, and my best friend, who’s also my tour manager. Tonight, we kick off our first club tour ever. So, I was dead excited and a little nervous. (foto: Isaac Roux)

Showtime
The audience was so quiet and enthusiastic. I’ve had a great time playing my new songs and ideas live for the first time. I’m very excited for this club-tour. This month we play a few gigs in my country (Belgium), and then I’m invited by Dotan to join him on his European tour. So very busy times, but I’m loving it to bits!
